Before your appointment

• A booking fee will be necessary to confirm your booking. This is 50% of your appointment cost.

  (E.g Eyebrow wax is £8, Booking fee =£4)

• Please be mindful when walking down to the the salon and the step up.

• If under 16 years old, a consent form will need to be completed by parental/guardian and signature from the client before I can confirm your booking.

• For Lash Lifts, lash extensions and Brow Lamination a patch test IS mandatory at least 24hours before the appointment. This is only necessary for first time bookings and every six months after.

• I do not take on male clients.This is personal preference. Please be aware of this Policy.

• Please fill out disclaimer forms and pay booking fee prior to your booking.

• If injured or undergone major medical treatments please inform me when making your booking.

  During your appointment

  Cancellation:

• If you are to cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment, your booking fee will be taken and is non-refundable.

  • Smoking & vaping is not permitted on the salon location

  • If a contraindication is discovered during the appointment, I will have to refuse service and rebook you.

  • If you feel unwell during your appointment, please inform me. Whether you need a minute outside, a drink, a plaster! As long as you keep me in the loop!

  • Be honest with your experience! If you think you could enjoy your experience even more with a slight adjustment, let me know and I’ll see what I can do:)

  • If any policy are not met prior or during your booking, I will refuse service.

Scar

Trichotillomania

Warts

Watery eyes

Blepharitis

Bruise

Cancer

Claustrophobia

Contact lenses ( Can be taken out)
